IlsaNet.COM is an automated system that provides independant systems with a way to synchronize data.

Information exchange within an organization
In a modern company or institution, several computer systems are implemented. These systems were mostly implemented on an as-needed basis, and as such rarely have a way to interact with each other. Nobody is to blame for this kind of situation, as it is virtually impossible to find a software solution which encompasses every single need within the organisation. Programs are added as needed and most of the time, they come from different vendors.
As several systems exists, a need to link these systems with each other to exchange information emerges.

Information exchange in relation to suppliers, customers, etc.
This need to exchange information between several systems has become even greater when thinking about exchanging information with third parties, such as suppliers and customers.
Situations are common where the will to exchange information with other organizations or companies exists, but there is no suitable or affordable solution to do the job.

The solution
Recognizing the need to exchange information between systems, IlsaNet.COM was created.
It provides a way to exchange information across a mixture of systems on different platforms.

Features
In designing IlsaNet.COM, the following features were of the utmost importance:

• Compatibility: The system should be compatible with most if not all existing systems, or should be easily adaptable
• Ease of use: The system should diminish the workload on staff and personnel
• Generality: The system should be able to handle information from any kind of source and not be directed towards a specific area of the industry
• Safety: Any access points or data transport should be on a secure basis
• Economy: The system should be formatted in such a way that enables every potential organisation that has interest in information interchange to join up
• Short installation time: Installations should be carried-out within 2 weeks, if eNetricity does not carry out the installation, special tools will be provided to assist in the installation.
